close Where do you source your products from?
We get our products from a variety of manufacturers around the world. Different products come from different sources. If you have any questions or concerns about the source of any of our products, or need any information about the materials used in a particular product, please contact us at Hello@MerchBunny.com.
close Do I need to have a design before I start building my merch?
You can get started directly from scratch, no pre-existing designs required. Our system will allow you to build and see results on the fly before they are printed ensuring that you can build any design you would like.
close What if I've already got a design made?
You can upload pre existing images in jpg, png, or ai formats to add them on to any product.
close Do you do design work for your clients?
In addition to creating kick-ass merchandise for our clients, we also do a variety of business, brand, and blogging consulting, including design services. Check out our other website Creative Anthology for an extra dose of business inspo, and a full list of the services we offer.
close Do you only print on apparel?
We print a variety of different products, from apparel to business cards, and everything in between. Take a look at our full product lineup to see the variety that we offer.
close Are we able to send in our own products to be printed on?
If you've already got your blank merch, but don't have the facilities to customize it, let us know by emailing us at Hello@MerchBunny.com. We can set up a custom quote for printing your designs on the products that you've already chosen.
close Do You Offer Full Bleed Printing On Your Stationary and Business Cards?
We do offer full bleed printing on all of our stationary and business cards. If you would like to ensure that your printed products have their designs run all the way to their edge, use the templates from our template library and ensure that your design runs all the way to the edges of the product template.
close What makes your Luxe Business Cards "Luxe"?
While all of our business cards are high quality, we strived to go above and and beyond with our Luxe series. We use high grade, extra fine paper for printing our luxe series ensuring a smooth texture, high quality colors, and a strong structure to impress potential clients.
close Do you have minimum orders?
Certain products do have a minimum quantity that will need to be purchased before they can be printed, however we try to make sure that we are as upfront and transparent about which of our products do and don't require a minimum purchase. We also try to ensure that as many of the products we carry as possible don't have minimum orders so that you can get exactly what you need, when you need it.
close Do you offer stickers on clear backgrounds?
At this time, all of the stickers we offer come on solid white backing. They can be die cut out to a specific shape in order to remove their surroundings leaving only your design.
close What delivery options do you have available?
We ship through the following mailing services: UPS, Fedex, USPS. If you need to use a different shipping service for any reason, please contact us and we would be happy to arrange delivery though the method of your choice.
close Do you deliver internationally?
Currently our standard delivery options are available only within the contiguous United States. While we can ship products outside of the US as well as to Alaska and Hawaii, we will need to compose a special quote in order to do so. If you live outside of the Contiguous United States and would be interested in having our products delivered to you, please contact us here and we can provide a quote.
close Do you offer overnight delivery?
As of now we offer only standard delivery timeframes varying depending on the types of products you have purchased. Some products, as well as larger orders, may take longer to produce. We will attempt to alert you if for any reason your order appears to be taking longer than expected to arrive.
close My package never arrived, what can I do?
Submit a request through our returns page stating that the tracking indicates that the package was delivered, however you never received your goods. We will work with the shipping company to ensure that you receive any lost or stolen products.
close Can I track my order once it ships?
You can, your order history in your account page contains links to track any order that you've placed, including the status of the order and a link to the tracking page once the order has been shipped.
close How much will shipping cost for my order?
In order to keep things simple for our customers, we use a flat rate shipping system. All orders of $99 or less have a flat fee of $4.99, while orders over $99 are eligible for free shipping within the contiguous United States. If you do need to have a product shipped outside of the contiguous US, please contact us at Hello@MerchBunny.com so that we can provide you a quote for shipping and handling.
close How will I know when my order has shipped out?
As soon as we send your order out, we will update it in our systems and send you a confirmation including ETA and tracking number so that you know exactly when to expect to receive your package.
close Why has my order been in the processing status for so long?
While we try to keep our turnaround times on products as brief as possible, on occasion our supply line does hit a snag. If for any reason it looks like your order will be delayed, we'll reach out and let you know what's going on, and when you can expect to receive your merch. If you need any details on the status of any order, please contact us at Hello@MerchBunny.com, and we would be more than happy to give you a complete breakdown of where your products are.
close Will I receive my order all at once?
Under normal circumstances we send orders out as single packages, but in some cases if a single product is delayed we may send an order out in multiple parts. If this happens we will contact you with the details for each shipment as it ships so that you know what to be on the lookout for.
close Am I able to pick up my order in person?
At this time we do not allow in person pickups for any order placed through us. In the future we may offer a retail storefront with in person pickups possible, but at this time our shop is for employees only.
close Is it possible to cancel my order?
Due to our focus on a quick turnaround time, we're unable to guarantee the ability to cancel an order which has already been placed. If for any reason you no longer wish to complete a placed order, please reach out to us immediately via our contact page so that we can review the possibility of stopping your order before production.
close What about changing my order?
Much like cancellation, we cannot guarantee the ability to make changes to an order after it has been placed. If you have already placed an order and need to make a change to the products being used, design, or other final product details, please inform us immediately and we will do our best to work with you to ensure that you receive the product you need.
close Do you have a refund policy?
We do offer refunds and exchanges in the event of damaged or unsatisfactory goods. All returns are taken on a case by case basis, and in order to issue a refund or credit, the goods purchased will need to be returned to our offices. For more information, please see our refund policy page.
close How long do I have to make a return?
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date of your order. If your order has any type of error or omission, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can help get you the product you need.
close Can I reorder a past order?
You can, your account page has a list of all past orders placed, and the option to reorder any previous order. Selecting this option will re-add all products from that order to your current cart to save you time.
close What forms of payment do you accept?
We process all of our payments through Paypal to ensure the safety and security of our customers. As such, all purchases can be paid with any major credit or debit card, or a paypal account. At this time we do not accept payment via direct debit, check, or money order. All payments must be made digitally, our shop does not accept physical payments at this time.
close Do I have to pay taxes on my order?
Depending on the state in which you live, your order may have tax associated with it. Currently, the following states do assess sales tax on orders shipped to locations within their borders: Alabama, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, North Dakota, New Jersey, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin.
close Am I able to get a sample before I order?
We do offer a sample pack free of charge that can be shipped out so that you can get a feel for the materials and colors we use before you order. Check out our sample page for more details and to order one for yourself or your business.
close Do you have any special discounts for Charities/Schools/Special Services?
We do offer discounts and partnerships for various events and organizations. If you are preparing for an event or working with a charitable organization, please contact us with details about the organization and order at Hello@MerchBunny.com for further details.
close Does my account store past orders?
Your account does have a history of all orders you have placed in the past, including what was ordered, what customizations were made, shipping details, and the option to reorder in case you need more.
close Do I need to have an account in order to place an order?
In order to place any orders through our online system you will need to have an active account on our site.
close What information do you store in my account?
close Do you store any of my credit/debit card information?
We do not store any credit or debit card information in our systems. All of our transactions are processed by third parties, like Paypal, to ensure that sensitive financial information is not stored on any of our servers.
close Can I opt out of having my information stored?
In order for our accounts and site to properly function, we do need to be able to collect and interact with several routine types of information. If you do not want your information to be stored long term however, you may contact our team and we will remove any stored information of your from our systems. Additionally, one of our team members can walk you through the process of blocking cookies and temporary files not only from our sites, but from any site that you aren't interested in sharing technical information with.
close Can I delete my account?
You can delete your account, however please be aware that doing so may remove details of past orders from our systems permanently, and you will lose access to your order history, removing the possibility of reordering and reviewing past purchases.
close I've forgotten my password. Can I still log in?
We've all been there. We do offer an automated recovery service, on the login page click on the forgot my password link and fill in your email address to receive a link that can reset your password and get you back into your account.
close What if I've also forgotten what email address I signed up with?
In the even that you aren't certain about your email address or your password, please email us at Hello@MerchBunny.com. Our support team will reach out to verify your identity so that your account details can be reset. Once they have been reset, you will receive an email with the new details in it.
close Am I able to change my account details?
Absolutely, whether it's a name change or a brand new email, go to your account page and select account to change things up.
close Do you offer business accounts?
At this time, all accounts are personal accounts, however we may offer joint business accounts in the future, and you can use your personal account for business purposes now.
close Why can't I access the product customizer?
Older browsers may not be able to properly display our design center. Check the version number for your web browser of choice. Additionally, you may need to disable any plugins you are using to block ads while you are using the site.
close What if I can't update my browser?
If you aren't able to update to a new version, you may need to design your products outside of our design center. Head on over to our template library where you can select a product type and download a customizable template.
close I can't upload the template files either.
If you aren't able to upload the template files, you may need to email the template directly to us. In this case, email the template, along with a brief explanation of the error or errors keeping you from uploading, and one of our technicians will gladly upload the template and send you out a quote for the product or products.
close Why do my images keep coming out blocky?
Low quality images, and images taken at a low resolution can come out pixelated when blown up to a large size. Double check the resolution of the image, and reupload at a higher resolution if you have one. If one of our technicians spots an undersized image before the printing process we will do our best to alert you before the product is printed.
close Will the colors I have in my image be the exact colors on the product?
While our technicians do try to mix the colors to get as close to the original image as possible, different materials and printing types may mean a slight variance in the exact shade and tone of the original.
close Can I save my designs for later?
Our design center does allow you to export your work in case you want to come back to a product for later, or keep a copy to reprint another day. Once you've saved your work using the export button in the design center, then, whenever you're ready to jump back to it, just re import it and you can pick right up where you left off.
close How can I get the colors in my design to match their printed counterparts?
The best way to get a closer match is to switch the color mode of your graphical design program of choice from RGB to CMYK. Printers use a combination of Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow ink to achieve the printable color spectrum, while monitors render colors using combinations of Red, Green, and Blue. Switching out your color scheme will help reduce the changes of changes between the monitor and the printer.
close How high resolution does my image need to be in order to print?
We recommend that all images be at least 300dpi in order to print at the highest quality (although there's certainly nothing wrong with using designs at higher resolution.) If you are concerned that your image may not be high enough fidelity to print, please contact our team at Hello@MerchBunny.com, and we can take a look to ensure you love the results you recieve.
close My card is being rejected by the payment system!
There are a few different reasons this could happen during checkout. We do verify all information provided against bank records during checkout, please verify that all of the billing information provided is correct. Additionally, before checking out, please disable any ad blocking software as it may interfere with the checkout process. If your card still isn't being processed, please contact your bank for further details on the denial.
close I am making a purchase for a company, and don't have a company card.
While we normally don't make exceptions on our rules of payment types, if you're company would like to set up an alternative payment method, please contact as at Hello@MerchBunny.com. Under some circumstances we are able to arrange alternative payment methods for major companies.
